Obadiah Brown-Beach has a Master’s in Scoring for Film, TV, and Video Games from the Berklee College of Music. He currently works as a Senior Composer at Hexany Audio in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that, he worked as a freelancer and outside contractor for Bear McCreary’s Emmy-winning company, Sparks & Shadows, and plays a recurring role as a composer and orchestrator at NEM Studios.

He's been nominated 3 times for Best Song/Score for a Mobile Video Game at the HMMA Awards and won a gold medal in the 2019 Global Music Awards for his work on the hit game, Honor of Kings, and has had music featured on popular television shows throughout the US and China, as well as on the mobile game market.

He composed the original score and created sound design for two-time winner of the Pocket Gamer Connects Big Indie Pitch Award, Shovelware Games for their mobile releases: “Squeelings" and "Zombie Match Defense". He also ranked as a top 10 finalist in the 2015 Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Competition for his music for the animated short, “Flip”.

Obadiah enjoys noodling on his guitar, drinking too much coffee, and eating all of the nachos.
